  • Co ordinate the dispatching and receiving of equipment
  • Manage floor staff in their various departments
  • Ensure that delivery notes are signed and returned to rentals
  • Managing credits operational functions and all relevant paperwork
  • Ensuring rentals are notifies of shortages timeously as required
  • Ensuring that returning equipment is correctly scanned and checked for damages by the relevant staff
  • Managing damage reports and liaising with workshops and rentals regarding invoicing and repair
  • Organization of night swaps and standby rosters with rentals
  • Cross checking distribution and generator requirements with rentals
  • Ensure that all rental equipment dispatched is safe and up to standards
  • Oversee PAT testing staff and procedures
  • Report credit errors to management
  • Ensure all barcodes are in good condition and scannable
  • Managing bulb requirements and purchase requests
  • Co ordinate annual equipment/bulbs in head stock checks
  • Identify tired equipment for refurbishment
  • Oversee general housekeeping on the warehouse floor
  • Co ordinate staff lunch/leave rosters and casual labour requirements with management

HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN RIDING MOTORCYCLES: Started riding at the age of 14 on a 90 cc Yamaha scrambler, then a 175 PE Suzuki, a 360 yamaha,YZ 400 yamaha,500XR Honda,1100 GSX Suzuki,1100 yamaha,850 moto  guzzi,1000 GS BMW,500 XT Yamaha,200 PE vespa,1550 wide glide Harley Davidson,1340 softail H/d,1340 FXr H/D,1200 BMW GSA.

WHAT RIDING EXPERIENCE HAVE YOU GOT: I have been riding for about 40 years almost constantly.

WHAT IS THE FURTHEREST YOU HAVE RIDDEN IN ONE DAY: JHB to CPT leaving at 5:30pm and arriving in CPT 6:30am the next morning

WHAT ADVENTURE MOTORCYCLE TRAVEL HAVE YOU DONE ACROSS THE SA BORDERS: Namibia-Swaziland-Botswana-Zimbabwe-lesotho-Mozambique.
